2. No Financial or Commercial Guarantees

Velmora Vista Consulting does not state or guarantee that our consulting blueprints will result in business profitability, success in capital acquisition, or specific expense reductions. Case studies and planner recommendations represent strategic frameworks and do not serve as performance guarantees.
3. Professional Licensing Boundaries
Client agrees and understands that Velmora Vista Consulting is a private business consulting provider, and is not a regulated financial institution, a CPA firm, or a law firm. Our services do not include:
- Filing formal regulatory tax returns or issuing CPA audits.
- Drafting binding corporate contracts or offering legal counsel.
- Structuring equity transactions or brokering securities.
Clients are advised to consult with certified accounting, legal, and financial fiduciaries prior to executing binding transactions.
4. Intellectual Property & Brand Assets
The text content, visual layouts, customized SVGs, logos, custom calculator engines, and css architectures contained on this website are the property of Velmora Vista Consulting. They are protected by US and international copyright frameworks. Users may not copy, scrape, mirror, or republish our assets without written authority.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velmora Vista Consulting, its partners, and its advisors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your reliance on website calculators, planner outputs, or advisory checklists.
